Geotechnical Engineering
Geotechnical engineering is another core service of Weaver Boos. Our engineers are relied upon to handle many complex projects.   This discipline prepares us for our greatest capability - value engineering. We reject the common approach that a few designs can fit all needs. We engineer each project on its merits, providing soil reports and foundation designs specific to each. This approach may cost a little more upfront, but typically results in savings of many, many times the added exploration costs during construction.

  • Pre-acquisition Due Diligence / Site Suitability Evaluations
  • Broad range of Design and Construction Phase Services
  • Post-construction Consultation and Investigations
  • Experienced in many aspects of Geotechnical Engineering: Slope Stability, Lateral Retention, Seismic, Hydrology, Tunnel & Shaft, Dynamic Compaction, and Field Testing.
